Mr. King's experience is far-reaching and extensive.

From his early desire to join law enforcement and the security service, he married early in his life and went on to join his police force, first taking training at the police academy. When many of his friends were single and still pursuing their academics, Charles had taken on responsibilities which demanded that he take a different route. So now with a new baby on the way, he resolved to become a police officer. It was not an easy task in those days. Now losing all that he had worked for in the most devastating civil war in the history of west Africa, he had to leave his country, leave all that he had worked for and like so many others, start a new life outside his country.

That was shortly lived, when the civil war seemed to have followed his every step out of his country by road. As he has started a business in Sierra Leone, he later had to leave that country for Guinea. As he started to plant his business there, but that country too began to feel the quiver of instability and soon rumors of disturbances began. He had to pick up camp and move again to The Gambia and then to Senegal - some hair raising travel experience never the less. Arriving finally in the US where he enrolled for his Masters program and after one successful semester he had to request leave of absence to search for his only daughter that he had to locate when they had been separated as a result of the civil war in Liberia. He found it hard to concentrate as long as one of his children was not accounted for. Finally, she was located and steps made to get her with him here in the United States. At last all of his children were properly accounted for. With a new wife and new child already started here in the US, that was another chapter of his life ready to unfold. He has a lifetime of personal experience with stress, leadership, coping with change, strategic thinking, and other topics he covers.

His widespread professional speaking experience has included lecturing to girl volley ball players at the Northern Virginia Volleyball organization, addressing high-level executive as well as average job seekers from all walks of life, presenting to workforce development professionals at their annual conference, and Department of Human services participants, Job Corps participants, Training Futures participants, workforce training schools and colleges in the Virginia area. His experience ranges from one-on-one coaching to addressing participants in small groups

His experience in law enforcement is unequaled. The association of former law enforcement officers in the united states continually asks Mr. King to present to their conferences and seeks his advice on matters relating to the functioning of the association. He has received commendations from this organization and awards for his continual sacrificing of his time to impart to them his experiences and for encouraging them to pursue their dreams. He authored/edited 2 books after he left public service, one of which was the only book written on Liberian Constitutional Law for the Liberian Law Enforcer. The other was a compilation of Public Safety Articles written before, during and after the military coup in Liberia. The significance of these articles in the local newspaper, is that it provided some semblance of education for the members of the military council that ruled Liberia at the time and for which such articles did in fact create an educational forum for those who did not have the academic background that were necessary at that time to understand law enforcement principles. The articles although contained some very controversial issues, were written in such a way and manner that at one time it was said that the then CIC Military head complemented about the articles - that it was done to educate them about certain issues!.

He earned received training with the United States State department program in Liberia on terrorist groups operating around the world at that time. he also attended special training in crime scene investigation with the famed Sirchie Fingerprint Laboratories crime scene investigation programs held in New Jersey, making use of every imaginable piece of crime scene equipment that they sold and how to use them. Charles's desire to inform others and move them to higher ground led him to seek professional training with Mr. Don Giberson, of the Higher Consciousness Institute in Canada for training in the Law of Attraction. Mr. King was personally coached and trained by Mr. Giberson and is still his mentor since he graduated. Charles King is a member of the Mr. King is a member of the International Association of law of Attraction Professionals, as well as the International Association of The International membership of Professional Advisors, Trainers and Coaches.

He is also a member of the FBI National Academy Associates in good standing as well as the International Association of private security Trainers. he holds a Certification as a Department of Criminal Justice Services Private Security Instructor to train private security officers in the state of Virginia. He opened his own private security school on Madison Avenue in New York City, but closed it when he was planning to move down to Virginia. He has always worked in the area of training and now, 30 plus years later he is still at it.

Now is a good time! Mr. King has presentations booked far into the future. However, that does not mean your date is not available. Give us your date,

and we will confirm availability. Sooner is always better than later as, once you decide, the date you wanted may be obligated.

Mr. King has never presented the exact same material twice. While some of the presentations are formatted to ensure the proper information is included, they are each created especially for the client. Clients are also encouraged to confer with Mr. King, via email, conference call or other method, to specify issues that they want to be addressed.

What is Mr. King's Fee Schedule?

Our goal is to serve our clients, not see how much money we can make. Any conversations regarding budget or other speaker-related matters are always welcomed. When you consider that Mr. King brings over thirty years of experience to the presentation, uses his spellbinding experiences to make his points, and regularly ends with standing ovations, you will be convinced that his fees are more than fair. His presentations are truly about passion, about self empowerment not pension!

Mr. King asks for 50% of the speaker fee upon confirmation (refundable in the unlikely case that he cannot fulfill the obligation. The remainder of the speaker fee is due at the venue prior to the presentation. We understand the constraints placed upon some entities, so these are handled [prior with our booking representatives. We try by all means to work with you.

Who Makes His Travel and Lodging Arrangements?

Because Mr. King rarely knows where he will be prior to your event, your event planners normally makes all bookings and travel arrangements, jupon consultation with Mr. King or his booking representatives. For the time being however, Mr. King is only scheduled around the Northern Virginia, DC and Maryland area.

What are the audio-visual requirements?

Nothing special. Simply provide a computer with PowerPoint™ capabilities and sound that allows the playing of embedded video clips; a projector and screen for the PowerPoint; a wireless lapel microphone or headset (if necessary); and a podium or small table for notes, etc.

Are handouts available for the participants?

Yes. Upon reasonable requests, and in most cases, handouts can be provided for your use in notebooks, folders, etc

Does Mr. King bring any of his books, cd's or items for sale?

He will bring whatever you request of him (subject to availability and applicable) and sell them to your audience at a discounted price. Cash, personal checks, and credit cards are accepted.

Who are the contact persons for Mr. King?

The booking representatives are Ms. Anna Cooper Joyner and Ms, Keisha J.A Hamilton. They are both administrators for record keeping and general operations. Mr. King will speak with you directly when certain preliminary formalities have been completed, to make certain that none of the clients requirements are lost during all the processes.

Is there a contract or agreement to sign?

In most cases, a simple confirmation email stating your agreement with the fee, topic, time, date, etc. is sufficient for us. We do not require contracts in the normal course of business. We will, however, welcome your contract, although a simple Memorandum of Understanding outlining what is to be expected will suffice.

Due to the corporate and organizational culture of our company, and our legal requirements, does Mr. King comply with appropiate behavioral policies and guidelines?

Definitely!
