Mr, King was the HR Manager for one of New York's leading private security firms, called Primary Security services, located in Queens New York. His service lasted for 10 years before he moved down to Virginia to be with his family. It was a heart wrenching decision to make. When he left the company he left a computerized personnel scheduling system, which resulted into reduction in double booking and lost man hours do to customer dissatisfaction. His early technology capability enable remote training possible for continual capacity development of the company's personnel.

A pioneer in his own right in Liberia bringing professionalism to an organization in a third world country and maintaining the reputation for over 20 years is not an easy task. He retired from the public security services after 25 years of service and formed his own private security corporation, considered to have been at that time one of the most advanced professional organizations for private security. It was so professional that it was a tough competitor for one of the top four worldwide security corporations such as Wackenhut in Liberia. While they drew from the same pool of employees, Hawa was by far the most respected and sort after.

Hawa Security was the only Liberian private security company that used and computerized their entire security operations which included alarm systems for private residences and local businesses. Hawa Security Systems Inc. was by far the most professional in their approach to their officers. Now retired from his public service days, Charles E. King, sometimes called Coach King, is available to provide presentations to groups at high schools, private security training, for motivational purposes in the Northern Virginia, DC and Maryland areas. He is also available for coaching services on the internet. He can deliver his presentations to a cell phone if necessary, when the participant cannot get near their laptop or desktop for their schedule session.. He presents his PowerPoint presentations via your cell phone. His home base is Reston, Virginia.
